We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with expertise in Automotive ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to guide and manage Agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of experience in managing software teams mainly focussing on integration of SW components and testing on HIL environment. As the Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Scrum process, help remove obstacles, and ensure the team is organized and working effectively to deliver high-quality ADAS solutions.
Scrum Facilitation:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team remains aligned and on track.
Sprint Management:
Manage sprint activities such as backlog grooming, sprint goals, and defining deliverables, ensuring that teams meet project timelines and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the liaison between ADAS software development team & integration team, product owners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Impediment Removal:
Proactively identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from meeting its sprint goals and targets.
Process Improvement:
Continuously monitor the team's performance, identifying opportunities to improve Agile practices and team efficiency.
Progress Tracking:
Track and report team progress, ensuring transparency in the development process and sprint outcomes.
Coaching and Mentoring:
Guide the team in Scrum best practices and Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous growth and maturity within the team.
Stakeholder Management:
Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on ADAS features, scope, and priorities, and manage their expectations throughout the development & integration lifecycle.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure accurate tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and risks, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or project manager in software development / integration, with prior experience in Automotive ADAS projects.
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks, with proven experience in facilitating Scrum processes.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tools: Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or equivalent.
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage and resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and solve issues that may arise during the development process.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Previous experience working on ADAS or autonomous driving systems.
Background in embedded systems, software development, or automotive hardware.
5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or project manager in software development / integration, with prior experience in Automotive ADAS projects.
