Senior Business Analyst – General Insurance 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 10 years of experience in end-to-end processes within the General Insurance sector
• Expertise in both individual and group insurance, with a solid IT background
• Experience with a range of general insurance products
• In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C), Marine, and Fire Insurance is essential
• Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Certification in any insurance domain is an added advantage
