Material Flow Simulation Engineer - Technomatix

Tecnomatix Plant Simulation hands on experience is must in automotive industry preferably in OEMs (atleast 2 or 3 projects handled)

• Creation and execution of material flow simulation process models
• Creation of new and modification of existing models in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
• Validation of simulation models
• Elaboration and evaluation of scenarios for optimization of KPIs
• Communication with partners and customers from start to end of project; documentation of project data and results Specific Knowledge
• Experience in creating material flow simulation models and executing projects
• Object oriented programming skills, Expert in SimTalk programming language
• Experience in statistics
• Experience in working in international environment
• Experience in project management activities: project report preparation, project documentation, Interaction with partners for technical discussion

BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Language skills:

• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.

Domain Skills:

•  Good Coordination skills to work across the Globe
•  Good hands on Experience & Exposure to Logistics planning in Automotive Industry
•  (Body in White, Assembly, Power Train, Battery)
•  Software and System know how – Tecnomatix Plant Simulation experience is must in automotive industry preferably in OEMs
•  Research oriented approach and idea generation skills to encounter problems

Personal skills:

• High analytical / conceptual competence, pronounced goal and result orientation, pronounced customer orientation, Teamwork, strong communication skills

Tecnomatix Plant Simulation experience is must in automotive industry preferably in OEMs
