Min. 7 to 10-years of development experience with RPA platforms, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or Blueprism and object-oriented programming language.
Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application/Information Integration area.
Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions (creation, modification, extension).
Knowledge of network communication standards (e.g. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).

Implement, test and deploy Automation Software solutions.
Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution.
Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance.
Adapt to new technology/technical areas to enable better architectural solutions for customer requirements.
Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery.
Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team.
Anticipate, identify and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients.
Lead design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
Lead the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organization change and to support business process design.
Support/mentor the development team in creating solutions & perform Quality Assurance process.
Document & maintain best practices and development techniques.
Build & maintain relationship with the stakeholders.
