Overview

Expleo is looking for a Technical Publications writer responsible for creating documentation for the Next Gen Configuration tools based on the SET Platform and SoMove NG.

Responsibilities

  • Summarize information from technical and marketing specifications.
  • Collaborate with SE internal teams, including Marketing, R&D, V&V, and Quality, to gather inputs and validate results.
  • Ensure timely delivery of online help for FDT and DTM developments.
  • Create or update the text and graphics for online help documentation.
  • Coordinate weekly with the Tech Pub Leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Engineering

Essential skills

  • Possess electro-technical skills to understand variable speed drives subjects.
  • Have a background and interest in PLC and automation.
  • Demonstrate rigor in managing technical publications, as it involves handling numerous details.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, including India, France, Germany, and China.
  • Capacity to discuss and collaborate with R&D teams.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment spirit.
  • Proficient in American English writing, capable of writing in standard technical American English.
  • Have an international English accent to communicate with colleagues from various countries within Schneider.

Desired skills

  • PLC and automation background and interest

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position or V&V or R&D
