TOSCA TAM (Technical Application Manager) 

• Definition of used, and to be implemented TOSCA features (server and client side)
• Setup of TOSCA server and enablement of forseen features
• Handling all needed certificates, like web server and user certificates
• Definition of needed FW Rules and Proxy settings needed for the activated features
• Enablement and maintenance of live solution monitoring
• actual CeMos Monitoring
• Seal reporting for DEX (TOSCA DEX agent analyzer)
• Creation and maintenance of automated DEX calls using Testomat and Scheduler for:
• DEX trains (Automated DEX runs Mo - Fri) [actual done with Windows scheduler on active TOSCA server]
• Special scheduled DEX runs for misc. expleo tasks
• Documentation creation & maintenance:
• TOSCA Server
• All TOSCA SWAE’s
• Solution documentation in RED and Servus
• (TOSCA solution) ISD creation & maintenance
• TOSCA SWAE creation & maintenance (TOSCA-Client & TOSCA-Agent)
• Second & third level support for ED & test Sourcing partners for:
• TOSCA Server including all enabled features
• TOSCA Client (no TOSCA usage coaching)
• Development and usage of needed SW to fullfil a fast & secure operation of TOSCA.
• Programming language MS Powershell
• SMTP connection knowledge
• Knowledge on IAM (Identity and Access Management)
• Knowledge in creating and maintaining web server certificates with open SSH

• MS Windows server (2019 and above) knowledge
  • Maintenance of installation (misc. missing feature installation), updates,…
  • Knowledge of main maintenance programs like:
    • Task scheduler (create & maintain tasks)
    • Windows event log
    • Services maintenance, recovery scenarios
  • MS SQL 2018 and above basic skills:
    • MS SQL Management Studio 2018 and above usage skills
    • Definition of SQL queries
    • Definition and maintenance of MS SQL Agent Jobs
    • Knowledge of User access rights definition and mechanic
  • TOSCA commander minimum skills:
    • Basic TOSCA TQL knowledge
    • Basic TOSCA automation engineer skills
    • Full knowledge of TOSCA features overview
  • TOSCA server minimum skills:
    • Full knowledge of TOSCA Server features
    • Basic knowledge of installation and configuration of the TOSCA server functions
    • Intermediate MS IIS V10 and above skills for configuration and enablement of new sites (Websites, file download sites, selfhosted browser extension store…)
    • Basic understanding of Web technology (GUI & non GUI applications)
  • Intermediate programming skills in MS Powershell 5 and above
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Deep understanding of IT security requirements of a Banking IT

• TOSCA server 2023.1.5 and above expert level knowledge:
  • Knowledge of requirements in hardened IT infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of all TOSCA server features in hardened IT infrastructure
  • Failure analyses, capability of understanding logfile content of all TOSCA subsystems (Commander, engines, agent, all server modules, DEX,…)
• TOSCA Client 2023.1.6 and above expert level knowledge:
  • Failure analyses, capability of understanding logfile content of all TOSCA subsystems (Commander, engines, Server, DEX,…)
  • TOSCA usage and handling (owner of all Tricentis TOSCA certificates)
• SMTP connection knowledge
• IAM (Identity and Access Management). Special knowledge about mechanic, configuration and maintenance of the connection.
• Intermediate skills in creating and maintaining web server certificates with open SSH
• Intermediate browser extension knowledge to create and maintain the selfhosted browser extension store for EDGE Chromium and Chrome
• Knowledge about the ED SuT’s of TOSCA
