We are seeking a talented and motivated ADAS Vision-Based Feature Developer to join our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and validating vision-based ADAS features such as Lane Detection, Object Recognition, and Traffic Sign Detection. The role requires strong expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and software development for embedded systems, along with a passion for automotive safety and innovation.

• Define the architecture for ADAS features with camera systems and integrate vision-based algorithms with other ADAS sensors such as LiDAR, RADAR, and ultrasonic sensors.
• Write clean, efficient, and modular code for embedded platforms using C++
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers, perception engineers, and hardware developers to align feature development with system requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback
• Prepare and maintain documentation for algorithms, interfaces, and feature specifications.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, implementation, and test cases as per ASPICE standards

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong programming skills in C++ (preferred)
• Experience with embedded software development and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
• Strong knowledge and experience with classic AUTOSAR architecture.
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ASPICE compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, system engineers, and validation engineers to deliver ADAS features on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering innovation and problem-solving.
• Act as a technical point of contact for ADAS-related activities, both within the organization and with external stakeholders

Perform deep analysis of system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure successful integration and operation of automotive software systems.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automotive software technology.

6 - 10 years of experience in ADAS feature development, vision systems, or related domains.
