PLC progrmmig Egineer

• Programming and Configuration: Develop, program, and configure PLC systems for various industrial applications specifically for test benches. (Siemens S7-1500 and similar)
• System Integration: Integrate PLCs with other automation systems, including HMI (Human-Machine Interface), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, motors, torque sensors, safety devices etc.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in PLC programs and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for all programming and system configuration activities, including user manuals and technical specifications.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct testing of PLC programs and systems to validate functionality and compliance with specifications (IVVQ).

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical and electronics engineers, project managers and BL to deliver solutions.

B.E. or B. Tech in Electronics or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent

• • Must have rich experience in programming PLC systems (Siemens S7-1500 and similar), including familiarity with TIA Portal software.
  • Must have an experience with industrial networking protocols and communication technologies such as PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, and other
  • Must have strong understanding of ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming
  • Should have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Should have strong commitment in terms of meeting deadlines.
  • Should ensure the upmost high quality and reliability.
  • Should have experience of submitting Engineering Change orders and implementing the changes.
  Should have good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and document processes.

Working experience in Defense, Aerospace industry is desirable.

Minimum 4 to  6 years of relevant experience
