Overview

IAO ( ENGG END USER SUPPORT)

Responsibilities

  • Perform Engg end user support activities for users on Enovia/CATIA & other CAD/PDM applications for assistance, methodologies, Coaching and Floor walking in-line with Corporate Standards/Procedure for all local and Remote Vehicle Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

  •  

Essential skills

Strong trouble shooting skills CATIA/Enovia & other CAD/PDM & CAE applications

 Tool Operational knowledge can be added advantage

Must have experience in Automotive CAD/PDM & CAE support

Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite

Exposure to ITIL framework
