play a key role in identifying and resolving performance issues across various environments and supporting the bank’s technology modernization efforts.

• Plan, design, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for banking applications and services.

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools like Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.

• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.

• Set up performance test environments and integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor application and system metrics during test execution 

• Participate in the review of non-functional requirements and ensure they are testable.

• Document performance testing strategies, results, and recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain is preferred.

• ISTQB certification in Performance Testing is a plus

3–5 years of experience in performance testing of enterprise applications.
