• Originating, editing and proof reading of technical documentation.
•  Create and maintain thorough, accurate, and concise end user documentation.
•  Rewrite the existing documents (owners, maintenance & safety manuals) with European safety standards.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines.
• Manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Report project status to key stakeholders.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing after graduation (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

• Proficient in Arbortext Editor, DITA/XML authoring tool.
• Proficient in MS Word, Adobe In-design & Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Knowledge on graphic tools, such as Isodraw, Adobe illustrator & Photoshop.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Global teams.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience in content management system (CMS) such as Windchill, SMC & Docuglobe.
• Experience in document translation with multi languages.
• Strong creative problem-solving mind-set. Experience in agile environments would be an advantage
