Test Lead- T24 Digital Loans for Banking Project
Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for T24 banking system projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts and testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and efficiency of digital banking systems (web and mobile) by overseeing rigorous testing processes and methodologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Temenos T24 Core Banking system, especially in the Digital Loans module. Familiarity with other digital banking systems
Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Methodologies: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall models.
10+ years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector
