Project Manager – Treasury Systems for Banking Project

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key Treasury technology projects. This role is part of the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team within the IT group, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a good understanding of Treasury systems, and a track record of delivering complex technology initiatives

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Treasury technology projects — from planning to execution, testing, and closure.
• Lead the execution of major Treasury initiatives, including:
• - Implementation of the LSEG Electronic Trading Platform
• - Upgrade of Front Arena
• - Upgrade of FIS Balance Sheet Manager
• - Rollout of the Treasury Data Analytics platform and ETL development activities
• Coordinate across business users, IT development, IT operations, infrastructure, security, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure effective tracking and resolution of all service requests and ongoing Treasury business demands.
• Oversee system testing and UAT, ensuring all issues are logged, followed up, and resolved in coordination with relevant teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, documentation, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed throughout the project and proper governance protocols are followed.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and support knowledge transfer and handover activities.

• Strong experience managing Treasury-related projects (trading platforms, TMS, ALM tools, analytics platforms).
• Proven experience with implementations or upgrades of platforms such as Front Arena, FIS Balance Sheet Manager, and electronic trading systems like LSE.
• Understanding of Treasury business processes, front-office operations, and system requirements.
• Experience in service and demand management, ensuring requests are tracked and resolved efficiently.

• Skilled in cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and structured project governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in project management or Treasury technology roles.
