Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end automation testing efforts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
Collaborate with QA teams, business analysts, and developers to define test automation strategy.
Review and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and performance.
Manage test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting using tools like HP ALM / Quality Center.
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.
Ensure alignment with SDLC and agile best practices.
Btech or BE IT
Strong hands-on experience with UFT/QTP.
Expertise in VBScript, UFT frameworks (keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid).
Experience integrating UFT with HP ALM, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
Solid understanding of test automation lifecycle, object identification, and synchronization techniques.
Preferred Experience:
7+ years in test automation, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
