We are looking for an experienced Requirement & Test Specification Engineer to work on ADAS feature development and validation. The role requires a deep understanding of ADAS systems, vehicle dynamics, sensor data interpretation, and system-level test design. The ideal candidate will translate feature requirements into testable specifications and ensure system performance and compliance.

• Analyze and understand functional and non-functional requirements for system ADAS feature(any).

• Elicit and refine system requirements from high-level feature specifications and customer expectations.

• Work closely with  stakeholders to align on requirement details and interfaces.

• Maintain requirement traceability using tools like Enterprise architect , DOORS, Polarion, 

• Ensure requirements comply with ISO 26262 (functional safety) and ASPICE processes.

• Define system and component-level test strategies for ADAS feature based on functional requirements and use cases.

• Develop detailed test specifications including test scenarios, conditions, and expected outcomes.

• Collaborate with software, system, and test automation teams to ensure end-to-end validation.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Automotive, Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering fields.

• Strong understanding of parking algorithms, environment modeling, and sensor fusion (Ultrasonic, Camera, Radar).

• Analyze and understand functional and non-functional requirements for system ADAS feature(any).
• Define system and component-level test strategies for ADAS feature based on functional requirements and use cases.
• Familiarity with vehicle dynamics, trajectory planning, and map-based maneuver recording.

• Proficiency in requirement and test management tools (DOORS, Polarion, or Jama).

• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, and software V-model.

• Any ADAS feature specifically on parking sepcific features

• 3–6 years of experience in ADAS feature development, preferably in park assist or maneuver automation.
