• Planning: Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Delegation: Assign tasks to team members best suited to complete them.
• Decision Making: Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for progressing the project.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for teams and ensure actions remain in synergy.
• Quality Control: Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain expected standards.
• Adjustments: Adjust schedules and targets as project needs or financing change
