Overview

IAO – PLM End User Support

Responsibilities

- Perform PLM Engg end user support activities on 3D exp, Enovia/CATIA & other tools

- Perform engg end user support for RNTBCI users on Enovia/CATIA & other CAD/PDM applications for Operational support, assistance, methodologies, Coaching and Floor walking support.

- Being an actor on the end-user incident workflow . Resolving incident at RNTBCI level in a timely manner or escalate

- Provide software explanation, methodologies and coaching to end users.

- Monitor local status of Engineering application: overall behaviour, performance measures,….

- Good rapport with end users by ensuring quality output on technical issues

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering

Essential skills

*Strong trouble shooting skills CATIA/Enovia or NX/Team centre & other CAD/PDM & CAE applications

*Tool Operational knowledge can be added advantage

*Must have experience in Automotive CAD/PDM & CAE support

*Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite

*Exposure to ITIL framework
