We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java who can contribute to automation strategy, framework design, and test execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in framework development and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Enhance existing frameworks for scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to understand requirements and define test coverage.
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain automation documentation and test reports.
Mentor junior automation testers and share best practices.
Stay updated with new automation tools, techniques, and industry trends.
6–8 years of experience in automation testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Proven experience in framework design and development (e.g., Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Hybrid, BDD frameworks using Cucumber).
Good understanding of OOPs concepts and design patterns in test automation.
Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Knowledge of CI/CD integration tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Familiarity with REST API automation (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
Experience in database validation using SQL.
Knowledge of performance testing concepts.
