We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in Manual Testing and Functional Testing, who is also proficient in the German language (minimum B1 level certified). The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders and understand German-language documentation and requirements.

1. Requirement Analysis

• Review and understand business and functional requirements.

2. Test Planning

• Create and maintain test plans aligned with project scope and timelines.
• Define testing scope, objectives, and resource needs.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and assumptions.

3. Test Design & Documentation

• Design test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Ensure coverage of positive, negative, boundary, and edge cases.
• Review test cases with peers and developers for accuracy and completeness.

4. Test Execution

• Execute test cases across multiple test phases (e.g., Functional, Integration, System, UAT).
• Log and track defects with proper severity and priority.
• Perform regression testing and re-testing as needed.

5. Defect Management

• Raise and document detailed defects in tools like Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with the development team for resolution and retesting.
• Participate in defect triage meetings.

6. Test Reporting

• Track and report test progress, coverage, and defect status.
• Provide daily/weekly test status reports to stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and blockers proactively.

8. Agile/Team Collaboration

• Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other QA members.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.

Teshnical background with proficiency in German language

• 3–6 years of experience in Manual and Functional Testing.

• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

• Strong communication skills in German (minimum B1 certified) and English.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation written in German.

• Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall environment.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
