Detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations through effective data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and regularly update operational databases using Excel.
Build and automate dashboards and performance reports in Power BI for internal reviews and leadership updates.
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and process gaps, present findings through visual storytelling.
Prepare high-quality presentations in PowerPoint for management meetings, business reviews, and project updates.
Collaborate with various teams (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to consolidate data and ensure timely reporting.
Support operational planning, documentation, and tracking of key metrics.
Maintain all Purchase requisitions and allied documentation
Maintain consistency and integrity of master data across platforms.
Assist in creating SOPs, trackers, and reports to improve process efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and suggest automation opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Essential skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions).
Hands-on experience in Power BI for dashboards and visual analytics.
Strong command of PowerPoint for business presentations.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Experience
4–6 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, or data-heavy roles.
