Role:

• Manage all accounting operations including P2P,O2C, RTR.
• Monitors the month end accounting close, including the production and review of accounting and financial reports.
• Support payroll processing and accounting.
• Leading and managing team to deliver best services within turnaround times.
• Support Regional Finance Controller / Finance Managers with timely and accurate financial information.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to provide financial insights and relevant reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Corporate Policy and Internal Control procedures globally for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay functions.
• Assists with defining and reviewing accounting processes and makes suggestions for improvement.

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 8 to 10 years of experience preferably in Finance Shared Services setup with IT/ITES MNCs

• This role requires a proactive approach, a high level of attention to detail, taking responsibility for multiple actions and activities within deadlines.
• International accounting. Preferable on US but not a must.
• Expertise in MS Office particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Experience in SAP and Hyperion Reporting (HFM) is preferred.
• Required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
