• Design and develop comprehensive performance testing strategies for TCS BaNCS banking applications based on business and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with functional and non-functional stakeholders to define performance test objectives, load models, and success criteria.

• Design realistic performance test scenarios simulating various real-world user behaviors and traffic loads.

• Execute performance testing on TCS BaNCS applications, including load, stress, scalability, endurance, and capacity testing.
• Fine-tuning of scripts/data after Dry Run

• Performance Testing Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.

• Monitoring Tools: Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.,

• Performance Analysis: Strong understanding of performance metrics like response time, throughput, concurrent users, resource utilization, and database optimization.

• 5-8 years of experience in performance testing with a strong focus on load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing in large-scale banking or enterprise applications.

• At least 2 years of experience in performance testing on TCS BaNCS or other core banking platforms is a strong plus.
