The SME will engage directly with clients to review setups, recommend improvements, and defend technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Provide direction in setting up network isolation and enforcing security best practices.
Review infrastructure and deployment setups, recommending improvements as required.
Engage with clients to present, justify, and defend infrastructure and security decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Ensure the team follows automation, security, and infrastructure best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12–15 years of professional experience in infrastructure architecture / SME roles.
Strong expertise in Linux (Ubuntu) administration and system hardening.
Deep understanding of network security, isolation, and data center infrastructure.
Proven experience in infrastructure architecture and best practices.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to guide teams in automation, deployment, and secure configurations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools such as Ansible.
Understanding of application deployment processes in hybrid and on-premise environments.
Experience aligning infrastructure setups with security and compliance standards.
Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12–15 years in infrastructure architecture across networking, security, and Linux in private data centers.
Hands-on experience with DevOps, Ansible, and automation frameworks.
Proven track record in guiding teams on infrastructure hardening and secure deployments.
Strong experience in client-facing roles, including presenting, negotiating, and defending technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build trust with customers and influence technical direction.
