The analyst’s mission is part of the preparation and realization of the prototype phase of a vehicle project. Its role is to: Perform the analysis of problems detected during the manufacture of prototypes (BIW / T&C).

MAIN ACTIVITIES | |||||||||
Follow the production, in the workshop, to identify the product-process problems encountered by operators, evaluators, geometry. Participate in debriefings during the assembly of test supports. Perform product/process level 1 analyses of problems encountered during the manufacture of vehicles, with the main purpose of finding the root-cause of the non-conformities. Capture and analyze assembly problems. Support analysts from plant in order to prepare Hand-over. Participate in Product/Process BIW / GFD meetings within its perimeter. Requests/analyzes/interprets the definitions plans. Be a force for proposing temporary solutions. Interface with level 2 analysts for problems outside the scope of level 1 analysis. Synthesize root causes of problems. Illustrate the problem with one or two (maximum) clear photos. Document the analysis results in PROMPT database and progress indicators.
