Looking for Senior Design Engineer having good experinece on Design of Primary & Secondary Structure

• Support the mechanical design of aircraft structures, systems, and components
• Deliver high-quality 3D models and 2D drawings aligned with Airbus standards
• Independently execute design projects and provide guidance to junior engineers
• Ensure all deliverables are validated and uploaded to Airbus VPM / PASS

Actively engage in customer interactions, design reviews, and KPI validation

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for Clips, Frames, Frame Assemblies, and Installations.
• Define fasteners (HNF) for frames, clips, and skin.
• Prepare and review detail check packs for frame assemblies and clips.
• Manage PASS processes including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Design Data Set (DDS) release.
• Coordinate with customers for design validation, feedback incorporation, and KPI reporting.

Provide limited guidance to junior engineers and support task planning when required.

• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and 2D drawing practices in CATIA V5 (Part, Surface, Assembly, Drafting, FTA, CPD).
• Good experience with machined parts, sheet metal, composite parts, and assemblies.
• Solid understanding of aircraft fuselage structures (Primary/Secondary and MSI).
• Knowledge of aircraft materials, surface finishes, and manufacturing methods.
• Familiarity with Airbus PDM/PLM systems (VPM and PASS).
• Effective communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in aircraft fuselage structures design.
• Hands-on expertise in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Composite, Assembly, Drafting, Aero Sheet Metal workbenches).
