Proficient in Creo Design tool with plastic design– Part creation, Drafting, Assemblies and design
tables.
• Develop and implement best practices for plastic manufacturing processes, including injection
molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
• Design plastics or injection-mold fabrication processes.
• Hands on experience in concept development and Continuous Design Improvement.
• Engineering documentation includes bills of material, test specifications, lab reports.
• Experience in understanding engineering workflow & PLM system (Windchill).
• Good Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack up.
• Good Knowledge in manufacturing processes (plastic design, manufacturing) and design codes
• DFMEA and design validation plan.
• Responsible for new product technical feasibility study, Design review, DVP etc.

 Support/Lead product design and engineering efforts for assigned NPD/ LCE projects.
• Develop plastic products and processes, focusing on material selection, product design using CAD
software, moldability, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet functional, aesthetic, and
quality standards from concept to production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing material performance, reducing
costs, and minimizing environmental impact.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables with agreed Quality, Delivery, cost for all phases of
project
• To support i2V workshops, brainstorm ideas, and create alternative designs to optimize product
performance.
• Conduct material selection and testing to identify optimal polymers for specific applications,
considering factors such as mechanical properties, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic materials and manufacturing technologies

 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in design and development (Especially for Plastic products,
pumps, high pressure components)
• Proactive, self-motivating with ability to develop your own priorities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel both domestic and international as and when required
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to deliver timely results despite unanticipated challenges.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical details coherently
to the customers.

• Strong agility to explore next gen technologies related to Air and Gas solution products
