ME Work Preparation Engineer

Responsibilities

Functions to develop:

 

  - Manufacturing processes

  - E BOM, M BOM
  - Assembly routes
  - Workshop support

Qualifications

Bachelor & Engineer in aeronautical domain

Essential skills

Analysis of 2D drawings /3D (DMU: Digital Mockup) and feedback given to Design Office (tolerancing, geometry, key characteristics, torque values), feasibility analysis and give technical proposals if necessary
● Involvement in multi-functional team (MFT) meetings concerning risks analysis. Knowledge of PFMEA process
● Check and validation of drawings and associated bill of materials (BOM). Technical perimeter structure assembly, Components assembly, cabinet, Elementary parts. Knowledge of metallic and composite structures
● Creation and/or modification of routings (assembly routings and/or manufacturing routings depending on the environment). Management of associated tasks in the IT system (SAP, Catia V5,3DX, etc...)
● Creation and/or modification of tooling’s request
● Creation and/or modification of repair routings following nonconformities, design query notes etc....
● Responsible of a routing portfolio and associated configuration management
● Digital Mockup (3D DMU) knowledge necessary for simulations

SAP & ARP (PGI, PAC, PEA, PEM)

Experience

 

  • 1) Technical  Lead -(Experience in managing 8 to 12 Members Team) - ~ 10 to 14 Years (1 Resource)
  • 2)Senior MFG Engineer ~ 6 to 10 Years ( 2 Resources)
  • 3) MFG Engineer ~ 2 to 4 Years ( 1 Resource)
  • Experience in Airbus methodology  added advantage
  • Experience in Catia 3Dx is added advantage
