Job Description:
Consultant job involves implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, such as HCM, PMGM, Compen Ben, Learning, Onboarding by gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring modules, conducting training, and resolving issues to ensure successful business integration and operation. Key responsibilities include mapping business needs to Fusion functionalities, performing system configurations and testing, and creating documentation and reports to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborating with business users to understand and document business requirements and processes.
Designing solutions within the Oracle Fusion architecture, mapping client needs to specific modules and functionalities.
Configuration & Implementation: Configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with business requirements.
Documentation: Preparing functional and technical design documents, configuration guides, and other project deliverables.
Training: Conducting training sessions for end-users and super-users to enable them to effectively use the Oracle Fusion system.
Support & Troubleshooting: Providing expert-level support, resolving technical and functional issues, and addressing problems during and after go-live.

Key Skills :
Oracle Fusion Expertise: Deep functional or technical expertise in specific Oracle Fusion Cloud modules HCM, Performance, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Onboarding and API-Integrations. Nice to have SAP HCM functional experience or knowledge.
Technical Skills: For technical roles, skills in building custom reports, interfaces, and integrations within the Fusion Technology Stack are required.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
