We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual testing and automation testing using Selenium and Sikuli. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with consultants and Expleo group representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain automated test suite and scripts using Selenium for UI based testing and Sikuli for image-based testing.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing in cloud platforms.
• Identify, report and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira/Wrike).
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and consultants to understand features and provide input to resolve defects.
• Participate in test planning, preparation, execution and status reporting.
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices both in manual and automated testing scope.

Must-have Skills:

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Testing concepts, processes and methodologies
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript and Python for automation.
• Experience with Selenium, Sikuli for automation testing and test/defect management using JIRA/Wrike
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Jenkins, Git/SVN) is must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exposure to waterfall/Agile/Scrum development environments.
