Highly skilled Warehouse Management Solutions Specialist to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role bridges the gap between operations and technology, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Analyze warehouse workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Rich knowledge of Warehouse operations including , Gate entry ,receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Hand on experience in ASRS and AGV integrated Warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with IT COE, operations, and vendors to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on WMS usage and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and fulfillment speed.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

Document system configurations, SOPs, and change management processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in warehouse operations and WMS implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, Dassault WMS, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with integration tools (EDI, APIs) and data mapping.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as APICS, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.

• Experience with RFID, barcode scanning, and automation technologies.
• HHT or reporting tools
