The Learning and Development lead (with min 7-10yrs of exp) will be responsible for the delivery of Professional development courses and training programs for all our employees and providing administrative support for learning and development programs/initiatives. Ideally, the candidate should have great interpersonal skills to build partnerships and credibility with internal clients. Interact with managers to identify training and skill development needs and be able to educate employees by explaining possible growth paths expected from career/skills development programs, and motivate them.
