    • Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer

      Job Overview:

      We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing PL/SQL code and database solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data management and ensure the performance, scalability, and security of database systems. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions for complex business problems.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code for complex data-driven applications.
      • Write efficient, optimized, and reusable PL/SQL code, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
      • Collaborate with database administrators and other developers to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the database.
      • Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and sequences.
      • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
      • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize database queries and PL/SQL code to improve performance.
      • Develop and maintain SQL queries and complex reporting queries as per business requirements.
      • Perform data migration, integration, and transformation tasks using PL/SQL.
      • Assist in the design and maintenance of ETL processes.
      • Ensure adherence to coding standards and project timelines.
      • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues related to the database.
      • Maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.
      • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle database technologies and best practices.

      Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • Proven experience (4- 6 years) as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer.
      • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database development.
      • Experience in writing complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages in PL/SQL.
      • Strong knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), specifically Oracle.
      • Experience with Oracle database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
      • Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling concepts.
      • Familiarity with Oracle SQL*Plus, TOAD, or other Oracle development tools.
      • Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques.
      • Understanding of database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

      • Experience with Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
      • Knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c features and advanced PL/SQL functionalities.
      • Experience with other Oracle technologies, such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
      • Experience with version control tools like Git.
      • Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS).
