The IT Asset Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all IT assets (hardware and software) across the organization. This includes procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT asset management (ITAM) strategies and policies.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and contracts.
• Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, ensuring quality control and compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze asset data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve asset utilization.
• Coordinate with IT support teams for asset deployment, upgrades, and replacements.
• Ensure secure disposal of obsolete or non-functional IT assets.
• Generate reports on asset performance, cost, and risk for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT asset management or IT operations.
