Responsibilities

Preparing NC programs for milling aerospace components using advanced technologies.

Qualifications

  • BE

Essential skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience and proficiency in SolidCAM
  • Proficiency in the HSS module
  • Proficiency in I-Machining
  • Specialization in 5-axis programming
  • Proven experience working with a wide range of cutting tools
  • Experience machining steel and aluminum, including optimizing cutting conditions
  • Deep understanding of milling processes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new programs for complex parts using advanced technologies
  • Proven experience in designing fixtures for part clamping
  • Knowledge and ability to define positions for multi-angle setups

Desired skills

  • Familiarity with G-CODE – advantage
  • Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS – advantage
  • Proficiency in HSR/HSM modules – advantage
  • Ability to read technical drawings and strong engineering understanding
  • Experience with SIEMENS and FANUC controllers – advantage
  • Working with Solidacm & Vericut software
  • Understanding of turning processes – advantage

Experience
