Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RMG Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and coordination skills, hands-on experience in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage resource allocation, bench utilization, and demand-supply planning.

• Coordinate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to manage staffing requirements and resource allocation.
• Maintain and update resource tracking sheets, project allocation reports, and bench dashboards using Excel.
• Analyze resource utilization and provide regular reports on demand-supply gaps.
• Support demand forecasting and plan proactive resource movements.
• Work closely with business and project managers to identify upcoming needs and potential redeployment opportunities.
• Track new joiners, internal movements, and exits to ensure data accuracy in RMG systems.
• Facilitate internal deployment by mapping available talent to open requirements.
• Participate in weekly/monthly review meetings and provide relevant RMG reports.
• Assist in improving RMG processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Planning / Project Staffing.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Exposure to RMG tools or internal allocation systems is an added advantage.
