We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent agent-based systems that interact with enterprise data and workflows. The ideal candidate is a software developer turned AI practitioner — someone who has evolved with the rise of Large Language Models (LLMs) and can orchestrate multi-agent frameworks leveraging models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others.

This role involves working with our proprietary agentic framework, which integrates with enterprise systems via MCP servers, ensuring seamless data access, automation, and secure deployment across GCP, AWS, and hybrid environments.

Experience Level: 5+ years (with hands-on experience in AI agentic frameworks and enterprise integrations)

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows within our in-house agentic framework.
• Integrate multiple LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.) into production pipelines.
• Develop and maintain enterprise connectors through MCP servers for secure data access.
• Build and deploy scalable microservices and APIs to connect AI agents with existing applications.
• Manage full lifecycle: development, versioning, deployment, and maintenance using GitHub, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, infra) to ensure AI agents meet operational and compliance standards.
• Monitor model behavior, fine-tune prompts, and optimize cost-performance balance across LLM providers.
• Contribute to ongoing R&D on multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, and enterprise LLM governance.

• Prior experience developing or maintaining multi-agent systems for enterprise-scale data.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for agent dashboards or monitoring tools.
• Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and safety tuning of deployed AI systems.
• Contributions to open-source AI agentic projects or internal AI accelerators.

• Strong programming background in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or similar languages.
• Experience with AI agentic frameworks, LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
• Hands-on with multiple LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure: GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery), AWS (Bedrock, S3, Lambda), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MCP server architecture and enterprise data integrations (REST, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL).
• Proficient in version control and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.).
• Understanding of security, access management, and compliance for enterprise AI systems.

• Strong analytical mindset and debugging ability.
• Proven collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams (AI, infra).
• Curiosity-driven, keeps up with fast-moving developments in LLM and agent ecosystems.
