Senior Scrum Master – Client-Facing | Multi-Vendor Agile Delivery

Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-impact client engagement. In this role, you’ll act as the primary interface with our client and coordinate delivery across multiple vendor teams. If you excel at stakeholder management, cross-team alignment, and driving Agile best practices, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities


✔ Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams
✔ Manage multi-vendor collaboration and run Scrum-of-Scrums
✔ Remove impediments and ensure predictable delivery
✔ Provide clear reporting and delivery insights to the client
✔ Support Agile maturity and continuous improvement

 

Essential skills


🔹 8–12 years of experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master
🔹 Strong client-facing experience in complex programs
🔹 Background in multi-vendor delivery environments
🔹 Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/SAFe) preferred
🔹 Excellent communication and facilitation skills
