Role Overview
The IoT/OT Hardware Specialist will be responsible for the hands-on deployment, management, and
maintenance of the physical IoT and edge computing infrastructure at remote industrial sites (e.g.,
solar/wind plants, manufacturing sites). This role ensures the reliability and security of the hardware
layer, facilitating the secure, real-time flow of operational data to enterprise systems.

Skills Required
 Industrial Hardware & Networking: 5-10 years of experience managing IT/OT hardware
including servers, gateways, industrial PCs, and industrial networks.
 Industrial Protocols: Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with industrial protocols such
as Modbus, OPC UA, and MQTT, and SCADA platforms.
 Deployment & Management: Expertise in deploying and managing IoT and edge computing
infrastructure in field environments.
 Integration: Experience with ERP/SCADA integration and working knowledge of edge/cloud IoT
platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
 System Monitoring: Ability to monitor and maintain system uptime, performance, and
cybersecurity compliance at the field level.

Essential Qualification
 Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
 8-10 years of practical experience in IoT/OT systems, industrial hardware, and networking.
