Senior DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage on-prem Kubernetes clusters (installation, upgrades, hardening, CNI/CSI configuration).
• Configure and optimize HAProxy for API server load balancing, ingress routing, SSL/TLS termination, and health checks.
• Develop enterprise-grade Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Shared Libraries, reusable functions, and modular pipeline patterns.
• Implement Kubernetes ingress rules, TLS certificates, namespace governance, RBAC, resource quotas, and network policies.
• Build and maintain automation using Terraform/Ansible for infrastructure, deployments, and cluster provisioning.
• Ensure secure CI/CD practices with image scanning, artifact security, and Kubernetes runtime controls.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or equivalent open-source tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex cluster, pipeline, and networking issues in on-prem environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce DevOps best practices.

• 6-8+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise in on-prem Kubernetes operations.
• Deep hands-on experience with HAProxy.
• Advanced Jenkins pipeline and Shared Library development.
• Strong Linux, Docker, Git, and scripting skills (Bash/Python).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
