A talented Mechatronics Engineer with strong expertise in motor selection, PCB design, and integrated electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and testing mechatronic solutions for industrial applications.
• Design and develop mechatronic systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and control components.
• Select and size motors (AC/DC, servo, stepper) based on application requirements.
• Design and develop PCBs for control and power electronics circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and testing.
• Perform simulations and validations for electromechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical /Electronics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of motor selection and sizing for various applications.
• Hands-on experience in PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of electrical standards, regulations applicable in major European countries, Americas and India (e.g., CE, UL508, UL508A, IEC61439-1/2, IEC60204, IEC60037, etc.)
• Knowledge of power electronics and motor drivers.
• Understanding of control systems and basic programming (C/C++, Python, or MATLAB).
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Creo) and circuit simulation software.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, RS485).
3+ years of experience in mechatronics design and development.
