Test Eng -Cards Issuing & Acquiring for Banking Project

Test Engineer with strong experience in Card Payments domain, specifically Issuing and Acquiring, and hands-on knowledge of the Way4 card management system.

• Perform end-to-end testing of card issuing and acquiring systems using Way4

• Validate card lifecycle activities:

  • Card issuance, activation, renewal, replacement, blocking/unblocking

  • PIN generation, PIN change, PIN validation

• Test authorization, clearing, and settlement flows

• Validate fees, limits, billing cycles, and interest calculations

• Test POS, ATM, and E-commerce transactions

• Validate transaction types: purchase, refund, reversal, cash withdrawal, balance inquiry

• Test integrations with card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases

• Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing

• Defect tracking and management using tools like JIRA/ALM

• Strong knowledge of Cards domain – Issuing & Acquiring

• Hands-on experience with Way4 Application

• Understanding of card transaction lifecycle

• Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing

• Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging

• Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
