Manufacturing Process Planner - Sheetmetal

Expleo solutions is working aerospace and defence for many decades and serving global customers in field fo aerospace. We are working closely with engineering and shop-floor teams to enable smooth production and serial manufacturing.

We are looking for an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer / Process Planner (Sheet Metal) with experience in manufacturing documentation, NC programming, and tooling support. The role supports aerospace projects aligned with Airbus standards

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing engineering documentation for aerospace parts
• Create Flat Patterns / Loft and NC programs
• Develop Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MIS)
• Create Operation Sketches for components and assemblies (sheet metal)
• Support tooling concept, design (CATIA V5), manufacturing, and prove-out
• Shop-floor experience is added advantage.
• Support FAIR / FPQ and handover for serial production

BE in Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering

Below are essential skills

• Aerospace manufacturing / process planning experience
• Strong knowledge of CATIA V5
• Flat pattern & sheet metal knowledge
• NC programming experience
• Tooling basics and acceptance knowledge
• Familiarity with Airbus standards
• Good communication skills

Below are desired skills

• Sheet Metal knowledge
• Shop-floor experience
• FAI / FPQ experience
• Airbus project exposure

3 to 6 years in similar role
