NC Programmer

CNC Programmer - Aero

Preparing NC programs for milling aerospace components using advanced technologies.

• BE / B. Tech (Mechanical or Aeronautical) /DME or equivalent.

• Proficiency in CNC programming using CATIA V5 for aerospace milling components.
• Experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling toolpath generation.
• Ability to interpret aerospace drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Experience in Vericut simulation for program validation and collision avoidance.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for aerospace materials.
• Capability to optimize machining strategies for productivity, quality, and tool life.
• Understanding and support process planning, fixtures, and tooling concepts.
• Experience supporting multi-angle and complex machining setups.

• Proficient in CATIA V5 – NC Programming

• Experienced in Vericut – Machining Simulation & Validation

• Experienced in Aerospace Machining – Aluminum, Steel, Titanium, Inconel

• Capable of working with CNC Controllers – Siemens / Fanuc

• Proficient in GD&T and Technical Drawing Interpretation

• Capable in Process Planning & Tooling Concepts

• Minimum 2 to 8 years of relevant aerospace manufacturing experience
