Job Description:
Develop structural parts designs compliant to cost and manufacturing requirements using appropriate techniques for design such as manufacture and assembly (DFMA) and design to cost
Perform all the activities below at an autonomous level
Knowledge & experience of Aerostructure (Primary/ Secondary)
BE/ME/M-Tech
Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of Airbus Standard and Methods
Exposure across A320, A330 and A350 programs, with both metallic (machined & formed) design procedures.
Understanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices and their effect on aircraft performance.
Creation of Design data & Drawing set compliance with Airbus Standard and Procedures
Having hands on experience on BOM creation
Understanding of airbus DMU
Experience working on Airbus Structural design
Good understanding on Engineering drawing
Good Knowledge on Aerospace domain
Good knowledge on fasteners & respective documents
Good Communication skill both verbal and written.
Ability to train the engineers on tools and Design standards
Ability to lead teams and handle daily operations like (task allocation and follow-up), reporting to next level.
