Process Engineer for Assembly Shop

• Knowledge in digital mockup – Simulation of vehicle assembly & equipment feasibility study
• Knowledge in vehicle assembly process –Torque management/tool selection.
• Knowledge of Digital Simulation of static and dynamic, Virtual Reality, 3D Printing, IoT and Robots
• Prepare feasibility reports and technical reports to guarantee mountability 
• Plant Layout design & Layout planning for new facilities at assembly shop
• Knowledge in installation & commissioning of vehicle assembly shop equipment
• Facilitate interaction with Development, Engineering, Purchasing, and Senior Management in support of the business’s strategic goal.
• Handling Issue resolution during New product Launch
• Create Assembly Operation sheet/Process Sheets/SOP for Assembly operations
• Creation of Bill of material (MBOM) consumption for variants taking reference of the base vehicle.
• Knowledge in conveyor operations
• Experience in Equipment & Facility supplier management
• Basic Knowledge in equipment trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of Assembly Line Balancing and operator load chart
• Knowledge of Scientific time calculation tool like MOST (Maynard Operational Sequence Technique)
• Knowledge of designing small Jigs & Fixtures & Management

Bachelors Degree in Engineering in (Mechanical/Production /Automobile) OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production /Automobile

Must have worked in similar Role of Process Engineering
