Responsibilities

  • Creating the Process for the efficient production and quality control of Test Bench Rack, Subsystems, Wire Harness systems by applying engineering mandated by standards.
  • Creating and maintaining work instruction to optimize manufacturability
  • Problem Solving and Recommending solutions for Internal production issues.
  • Designing and implementing tools and fixtures required for effective manufacturing
  • Investigating, recommending, justifying and implementing new equipment purchases
  • Managing, coordinating production and quality technicians, oversees production and quality control of wiring harnesses, provides technical support to teams
  • Generating Visual Inspection, Continuity test, Isolation Test, ATP’s, FAI’s, NCR’s and quality related documents

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Experience in Quality engineering and familiar with AS9100D Standards
  • Preferable for IPC/WHMA-A-620 Valid Certificate
  • TECH/ BSE/Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or similar field of study
  • Proficiency in CAD/Equivalent tools
  • Familiar with documentation management
  • Ability to delegate necessary job instructions and requirements to work team
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and associated documentation
  • Familiar with automotive wire harness manufacturing & quality standards such as IPC 620
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment with minimal guidance, self-starter
  • Outstanding problem solver
