Senior Consultant to support strategy, consulting, and product-led initiatives, with a strong focus on Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and technology-driven operating models.
The role requires experience in consulting engagements, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, along with exposure to product management and platform-based solutions. The consultant will work closely with leadership teams to design, optimize, and scale capability centers, improve operational efficiency, and support decision-making through structured analysis and insights.
The role also requires the ability to translate business and operational requirements into actionable frameworks, metrics, and recommendations, and to contribute to internal or client-facing platforms/products where applicable.
Support GCC strategy engagements, including location strategy, site selection, and operating model design
Conduct workforce, compensation, and productivity analysis to support client or internal decision-making
Lead or support product management activities for internal or client platforms, including roadmap definition and stakeholder alignment
Perform benchmarking, market analysis, and ecosystem assessments across industries
Design and apply performance and productivity metrics to improve operational outcomes
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across consulting, technology, and business teams
Contribute to reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership and clients
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent technical discipline)
Professional experience in consulting, strategy, or analytical roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in structured delivery environments
Ability to support strategy, operational analysis, and execution-focused initiatives

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, strategy, product management, or analytical roles
Hands-on experience supporting strategy, operational analysis, or transformation initiatives
Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions
Exposure to client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles in structured delivery environments
Prior experience contributing to data-driven insights, reports, or recommendations
