Automation Architect

Automation Architect with expertise in Test Automation framework for web and desktop applications. 

• Define and evolve the overall test strategy, automation framework, and tooling.
• Design scalable and maintainable test automation solutions across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Collaborate with software architects, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices into the SDLC.
• Select and implement appropriate tools for test management, automation, performance testing, and defect tracking.
• Champion shift-left testing, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD best practices.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new testing technologies and frameworks.
• Mentor test engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
• Analyze test coverage and quality metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure high-quality releases through rigorous regression testing.

BE or BTech in IT

• Strong expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Experience designing and implementing test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, UFT).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
• Knowledge of security testing tools and practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
