We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end performance testing, Linux systems, and containerized/cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in load testing, performance tuning, and result analysis, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
Design, prepare, and execute performance test scripts for enterprise applications.
Lead end-to-end performance testing and tuning, including test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Conduct load testing in Linux, OpenShift, and virtualized environments.
Perform performance testing within CI/CD pipelines (good to have).
Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning improvements.
Perform system-level tuning, including CPU, memory, disk, and network optimization.
Tune Linux kernel parameters to improve system performance.
Present performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Strong experience in Linux, OpenShift, and virtualization-based load testing.
Deep knowledge of Linux internals and system performance tuning (CPU, memory, disk, network, kernel parameters).
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter (NeoLoad is optional).
Experience working with applications built on .NET, Java, and AWS Cloud environments.
Strong performance analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating performance testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to APM and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
Agile/Scrum knowledge or certification.
