1. Electrical Design (Schematic, Wring diagrams, Panel electric, etc.) using AUTOCAD, SEE ELECTRIC, EPLAN Electric 2. Concept Designs - Layout (Elec Equipment’s) Proposal, Capacity/Consumption calculation (400V,24V), Wiring/Communication layouts, Design material Estimations knowledge. 3. PLC & HMI Programming - SIEMENS (Step7, TIA Portal, WINCC) 4. Communication Protocol - Profibus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Modbus, OPC server 5. Robot Interfacing - FANUC, ABB, KUKA 6. Latest Automation Technologies 7. Installation/commissioning the equipment. Management Skill: Supplier Management at site Mandatory skill: Siemens PLC Programming [Recent Experience] Added advantages: Automotive Vehicle shop experience, Electrical CAD design, Latest Technology - Industry 4.0, etc.

B.E . ELECTRONICS / ELECTRICAL

1. Auto CAD, Robots interfacting- Fanuc must, SIEMENS (Step7, TIA Portal, WINCC), Electrical Drives (SIEMENS VFD).
2. Should be Auotmobile OEM / OEM Suppliers
3. Robots installation,testing & Commissioning
4.Supplier handling and project management.
5.Communication Protocol - Profibus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Modbus, OPC server.
